Charleys Cheesesteaks - Hicksville

It's shocking how much this food chain has declined in quality. They used to consistently provide delicious food with generous portions. Now, even their largest bread sizes are as thin as a hotdog bun. They also ignore special requests and have replaced their dependable box packaging with aluminum foil. It's the soggiest sandwich I've ever encountered. Even the quality of their lemonade has decreased. You would expect them to put more effort into their offerings when all they're serving are sandwiches.

I didn't receive my regular fries, but overall, the meal was enjoyable.

The food was disappointing. The kids' chicken strips were rock hard, and the buffalo chicken was drenched in sauce, making the bread fall apart. They also didn't follow the instructions I provided.

Followed request perfectly. made excellent food.
