Taco Bell - Hickory

I have had consistently poor experiences at this restaurant. My orders have often been incorrect or incomplete, and I've had to wait a long time for my food. The staff seems unprofessional and rarely wears masks. For instance, I waited 25 minutes for a simple takeout bag. I cannot recommend this place.

The service is incredibly fast, and the staff are very friendly. Occasionally, there might be a short wait at the window while they catch up, but the food is always served hot and fresh. I just wish the Cinnamon Twists had a bit more of the shake on them; sometimes it seems like there's hardly any.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place, and this location is the best! It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and of course, the food is delicious! Brian was especially friendly and courteous. We will definitely keep coming back here. Sorry, no pictures this time!

I wanted a taco bell today to get some tacos and did not know they were out of the stuff until we ALREADY ORDERED IT!!!! So the woman I suspect is the manager or something said we take care of you, but they don't have at all! I wanted to say something, but they probably messed up. I will return to the Tacoglocke on 321! I don't know how they're still in business and all the employees were standing around, not wearing gloves and just standing there as if they had nothing to do! I wish I could not give a star because this institution does not deserve to be in business!!!!!!!

Went in to order three soft tacos, one Doritos loco taco, and a beef and cheese burrito from the kiosk. I left with my order 50+ minutes later. DON?T ORDER FROM THE KIOSK DURING PEAK HOURS. Go through the drive-thru!
