Hickory Bread Cafe

Wanted to try them out and support a local business. Time 11:03. They were unable to make some eggs for us and all of the soups had gluten. We were told they only make eggs until 11:00. The place was not busy. Will probably not go back. There are other places that are willing to accommodate customers

My wife and I stopped into this recommended bread cafe. We each ordered the Pick 2 half sandwich, salad, or soup. I choose the tuna salad sandwich with a Caesar salad. My wife picked the chicken Waldorf sandwich and tomato basil soup. Everything was quite tasty. The Caesar dressing was made fresh. My salad didn 't come with the signature homemade croutons which was a big disappointment. Overall the bread was good, the food was ok and the price was appropriate for the location and product.

WOW!! Food and service are absolutely amazing! Local art pieces hung beautifully on the wall was the cherry on top. Highly recommend for anyone driving through! (Pictured is the whole grain oatmeal, blueberry bagel, and strawberry smoothie)

It is really a worse version of your regular deli. Menu choices are mid and dining area is dark. Prices are not bad though, and the turkey sandwich I order is not bad either.

Food was hot but just plain. Nothing special. If your looking for a nice cup of fresh ground coffee, this isn't the place. Coffee is in big containers like a gas station.
