Emerson's Coffee Valley Hills Mall

This is my favorite place! The drinks are amazing, and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

They offer the best coffee in the area, and the customer service is outstanding as well!

I’ve always experienced outstanding customer service here, and the baristas are truly top-notch. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but my personal favorite is the German Chocolate Cake Frappe—it’s, in my view, the best choice you can make! Haha!

My decaf vanilla latte was yummy. The young lady who made it was very nice friendly.

A big fan but very disappointed that they had no regular coffee at 5:45pm and the young lady today was quite abrupt about it. This is the 1st time I have ever experienced this here. If they decide not to brew 1.5 hrs before closing it is their store... Update: The owners responded quickly. Like I said, I am a huge fan and the regular folks who are usually there are fantastic. This experience was clearly an anomaly. Our favorite coffee stop.
