Hub's - Hickman

Poor service and steak. steak went back twice and was a carburized bark roast not a medium $50 ribeye. I slept him and fed my dog.

The Henry Catfish Plate is good, and very filling, too! The party lights add to Hub's atmosphere. Hub's is the main reason I come to Hickman. It does get a little cramped around the entrance, however.

Nothing to rave about. server was good but food wise everything was simply ok. Few of my baked oysters was still cold in the middle and the cheese was barely melted on all. The oyster shucker doesn 't cut the connection so you have to dig that out with a fork. Catfish was over cooked, they give you margarine as butter. Strait mid. Don 't drive more than 30 mins for this joint. Idk what the rave is about here. I 've had better food at a dive barEdit: prolly good for the area I live in. But I should have went to Jackson. 30 mins closer and way better lol

The blackened steaks are always good, but their blackened pork chops with chop sauce are great.

My group was on a hunting trip out of town and our guide suggested this restaurant. We didn't realize the importance of arriving early. It is a favorite among locals.
