Magical retreat in the woods. Bring your deep woods bug spray, though! The staff was stellar, attentive, and so accommodating.

Stop by there to pick up my wife and some food to go and when we got home it was still hot and juicy I had the house special Burger whatever that is and yeah it was all good everything was cooked just right and I loved it and I will definitely eat there again and I'm trying to get a job out there

We were at MJ's 3/10/2023 for the first time , what a great place to dine, the owner introduced herself to us and checked to make sure we had a good time and great meal, and the wait staff was great always checking to see if we needed anything and very friendly, what a great place we make reservations for St Patricks day that same night and are looking forward to another great meal and fun time we highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for showing us that there are still great dining place left that care about their customers. Holly and Jerry

The owners here are great people. Greeted us with a warm welcome and checked in with us our entire stay. The bar and grill has excellent food. We had their fish fry and it was amazing and super affordable! The cabin we stayed in was clean, felt very homey and has decorated in cool vintage fishing things. Being a fisherman, that was cool to see. My stay here was in the winter months but can’t wait to check it out in the summer as well. It’s nestled in the woods and is very pretty!
