Wendy's - Hialeah

I wanted to share my experience at your restaurant. After going all the way to Miami Lakes for a sandwich, we were told we needed to download an app just to place our order. It felt like we were treated poorly during the visit, and I found that very frustrating. I plan to reach out to the company's offices to express my concerns. The service is consistently quick, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm nearby.

The food is always excellent, and the service was outstanding during my last visit. They even offered us a complimentary dessert for our wait. I can't wait to return!

Poor service. Shorted our takeout. Handed us filled bags (NO RECEIPT). When home we realized their mistake. As I'm temporarily confined to a wheelchair, going back wasn't possible. After numerous phone calls and no answers I contacted my bank rep who then voided the transaction. No more Wendy's!!!
