Vicky Bakery - Hialeah

This review is for ALL Vicky Bakeries. Workers with bad attitudes, they do not hear as they always talk to each other, you have repeated your order several times. Sandwiches are prefabricated and if you order one, don't even ask if you want condiments, you must be up on them. Since they are in a hurry or distracted, they do not even press hot the sandwiches well. All baked goods are manufactured by a trader who distributes all bakeries so that they do nothing themselves.

On the 9th april for 930 a.m. I ordered the pick-up of the ship. I'll be there five minutes early and let her know. I waited and waited and no one brought out my order. I had to go inside to ask about my order. it was only sitting on the counter. the cafe was cold and the pan tostada. the lady at the coffee table was rude! I had to ask the same question twice before I got an answer!

Food is usually good. Service is met or mis. Today was a Miss (4/23 at 18:30). Ten minutes. 3 employees. 6 customers. Three went without service, including me. You should really have employees to visit people who want prefabricated food staff to visit people who need things. 10 minutes of my life waited for something that could be handed over to me and paid in less than 3 minutes.

2885 W 68th St Hialeah LocationThis location I believe is the one that needs the most improvement. Service lacks quite a bit along with attitude and a smile Went there today and ordered some pastries and wanted a Cafe Bonbon (1/2 espresso and 1/2 condensed mil). Well, I was told they didn't have any. So did the lady mean they had no espresso or no condensed mil?? I know it was total BS but I ended up taking less than what I came in for and will go to the Miami Lakes location next time. This place needs a lot of work!

I've ordered from this Vicky bakery a few times through ubereats. They always get my order correct and deliver in taste and quality. They have the best pastelitos de guayaba (guava). Those are my favorite and they always hit the spot. My kids love this bakery. You know if it's kid approved, it's good!I think all Vicky bakeries are the same on the inside where they display their delicious concoctions of magic and they are always busy. Vicky bakery is a major staple in the entire city of Miami.
