Taco Bell - Hialeah

I had amazing customer service at this Taco Bell! The girl who took my order, Nicole, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the server who completely messed up my order. I ordered the chicken, but they brought me the meat that I didn't ask for, despite having paid for my meal. It seemed like she was more focused on flirting than on providing good service. I had to repeat my order three times, and she still didn't understand what I wanted. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Came here at 4:50 a.m. on the drive thru and was completely ignored to say 5 a.m. for them that they closed at 4 a.m.

We have always fought to find a fast meal for my nephew because of his allergies. he is fatal allergic to milk and can not eat many dinge at almost food places. as a constantly mobile family with a 4 year old, which does not necessarily understand why he cannot eat what all others eat, we were happy to hear, taco bell worked on an allergic friendly and vegan menu for everyone with a food restriction. Unfortunately, we tried to die in this fast when we told my nephew the fresco taco especially no cheese/tairy (and stated it was an allergy) and he started coughing (a sign his throat was closed.) he immediately started breaking in hives and saying that his tonnge was injured and began to scratch everywhere. fortunately, we had his epi-pens and benadryl close and could stop his reaction from aggravation. he had perhaps only a few pieces of comminuted cheese, so his reaction was not as heavy as other times, but the lack of consideration for a person with allergy was shocking. I can't even begin to explain the thought process of a person who tries to help a family member, especially a small young person, if they can't breathe because someone is careless. taco bell, you need a better execution of this menu or more attentive employees. we shouldn't have to flee every time he touches eating, and they have our trust for places like these broken even more.

The staff are always in a good mood, they go above and beyond for the customer. I will always prefer this one over anyone in Hialeah or Miami. Thank you for such great hospitality and great food!! ???
