Polo Norte - Hialeah

This is a fantastic family restaurant with excellent service. The Cuban pizza is delicious and incredibly fresh. There are also plenty of options for Cuban cuisine, so there’s something for everyone in the family. Highly recommended!

I have visited many Polo Norte locations and have always loved them, often recommending them to others. However, this particular location has left me with an experience that I will not revisit. Our server seemed to lack knowledge about the menu, the food she was serving, and basic serving skills. It was my first time dining there, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. As a person with a disability who moves slowly, I found it unnecessarily difficult. To top it off, when it came time to pay, the server mistakenly processed my order with a 25% tip without even consulting me first. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I left feeling disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the server was fantastic. I recommend trying the Palomilla instead of the Rock Steak, as the latter had too much fat. Overall, a great experience!

No fan of Cuban pizza or pasta. After you get to know the right deal, don't go back. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, the order was delayed due to the backlog in the kitchen. They offer ice cream and Cuban cuisine, but not to try the, like a family order.

Ordered a churrasco and got the thinnest strip of meat I?ve ever seen. Super disappointed, I don?t recommend coming here
