The service was attentive and efficient. My opinion might vary depending on the individual, but this time I was pleased with the experience.

The McDonald's on Hialeah Drive is the most disappointing McDonald's in Miami. They consistently get orders wrong, offer poor customer service, serve cold fries, and are always closed after midnight. The food is also not cooked properly. I would give this place a 0-star rating if I could, but unfortunately, I have no other options.

I ordered a 1 combo, a quarter pounder with cheese, and 6 piece McNuggets. The girl at the drive-thru window gave me a 5 combo instead. When I arrived at the window, I double-checked my order and noticed it was wrong. I informed her that I had ordered a 1 combo, but she still gave me the wrong order. I ended up with 5 combos and had to return home with the incorrect order. I had to check my order three times before they finally got it right. It's frustrating to receive the wrong food when you get home, and this kind of mistake can hurt a company's business. I hadn't eaten at McDonald's in a while, and this experience makes me never want to go back. The service was terrible, and it seems like they need a rocket scientist to get an order correct. It shouldn't be that difficult!

Don't be expecting breakfast if you get there at 10:30. Breakfast ends at 10:30 on the nose. What kind of garbage is that?
