Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hialeah

1 because I can't give it zero. this place is disgusting, why is that even open? the inspection should come and these are not forked inadequate items kitchen is dirty, as the hells are greasy.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I'm over this chipotle. every time I go there, there's always something missing. it's a mess. it's dirty. the personal is young and has not been together. for such a busy chipotle they would think that they would plan forward and not run out of the dings. they go to another chipotle, unless they want to find out in a huge as then that they don't have what they want.

My job was ready for picking up. but the side order of guacamole was old looking and there were no lids for the big soda cups and no other possibility that offered the personal. my friend went a few hours later with the family and still there were no lids, old guacamole and no ice. Last week my son went and there was no ice cream. I don't know if I'm coming back.

They have to do better with supplies. I ordered a child's meal with tacos, boring, meat and maize, and that's what I've been drilling. my chips and guacamole have not come at all, and the burrito had not the protein (hence) or the veggies. how they managed to mess everything in the order is beyond me.

So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customer service was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and this completely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when i got my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you
