Carl’s Jr. - Heyburn

Too much confusion and was given the wrong order. I have always had problems here.

I should have given it zero stars. The only thing that was anywhere near ok was... the manager that came out to talk to me. He was very nice amd tried to fix it. One of the shift leaders didn't help at all. She was literally confused of her job. The burgers were hard and burnt and the fries were mooshy. After waiting for a long time for our food and then them already having to fix it once. Nope wasn't going to try again. But thank-you to the manager that came out. He was very nice!!

I remember a time not too long ago when Carl's Jr had the biggest portions around, so when I saw the highway sign, I wasn't too concerned. Rolled in, placed my order with the nice gal and she delivered it quickly. That's where the fun stopped. The chicken breast on my $9 sandwich was so small you would've needed two of them to make it look like the picture and there probably still would have been room left over. And thanks for the piece of bacon. Wish I would've had my phone to take a picture. Bad timing for the last fries in the bag as well, we all know they turned out, tiny and burnt to a crisp. I wasn't even done chewing my tiny chicken sandwich before the regret set in on my $13 purchase. Boo. Should have went to the taco truck across the street, at least I still wouldn't be thinking about what to have for lunch.

I was disappointed with my food I payed $13 for food that was not fresh at all it was warm it also looked like it was sitting out for a while my order was also wrong .I also felt like I was being rushed when I ordered my food the crue member that look my order was kinda of snappy.I don't think I will be back to this storeIt's not the first time this has happened to me I went back hoping it would be better

Well worth a visit. One of our reasons for traveling 5 hours to Salt Lake City, UT from Boise, ID. Returned the next evening to do it all over again.
