Booked for a party with 35 (international) guests. Completely inaccessible on the evening itself (by telephone, via Whatsapp, messages). Ultimately, the gentleman did not show up and was only available again the next day. He himself appeared to be surprised that this had already happened to him for the umpteenth time. Unheard of unprofessional. Fortunately, Peppes from Genk helped us out at the last minute, so that our guests still had a nice meal.
Our party had been postponed for 7 weeks. As agreed with Danny, I called him 2 days before the party to inform him of the number of people. Everything was fine. On the day itself he could not be seen at the agreed time. Called 3 times and left a message, only 30 minutes after our agreed hour and calling a fourth time did I get him on the phone. According to Danny he had no booking. I reminded him that I had passed on the number 2 days ago, suddenly his franc dropped that he had (coincidentally) noted this down with a namesake, with (coincidentally) the same number of people. When I asked what I should do now with my 40 people, he didn 't know either. He couldn 't come. When I said that I was very sorry for my 40 guests, he replied that it was even worse for him because he now missed 40 paying people. After it was said in the background that this unprofessional act would be posted on Facebook, I received the answer that we could do this. So we could make our plan. He called back afterwards. He said he would have called around to send someone else to us, but that didn 't work out, he said. In the meantime, we were already ordering and picking up fries for 40 people from the local chip shop. This We found this very unprofessional and at times he clearly showed no respect. It 's very unfortunate that it had to turn out this way.
We booked Hamburger@wheels for a communion. Everything as agreed, neatly on time. Super quality and extensive range. We will choose you again for the next communion!
Have on June 15, 2019 this kind. Danny had at our party, it was nicely taken care of and fast service, but mostly really good fresh fries and definitely hot meat and just baked ECHAKIKIKIKIKIKE,
