Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis restaurant is a total disappointment. The food was clearly processed and heated up in the microwave, resulting in limp and flavorless dishes. The breakfast in particular was very disappointing.
The staff were friendly, but the service was extremely slow. It took a long time to place our order as the ordering machine was broken and there was no one available to assist us for a while. The café was also very dirty, and the food I ordered was so bad that I couldn't eat it (and I'm not typically picky). However, my son's food was fine. I won't be coming back, mainly because of how unclean the place was. I might have considered returning for a cup of tea and a slice of cake with the kids, but the cleanliness was a major issue for me.
The chef at this restaurant was constantly shouting at customers who were having trouble using the order machine, which made us and our son feel uncomfortable. His behavior also upset a 9-year-old girl and an elderly lady who needed assistance. While the food was delicious, we were disappointed by the lack of customer service and hope that the restaurant addresses this issue.
Apparently all automated . No human interface as staff have no time to deal with you. Those that do are rude so walked out
I go with friends to morrisons regularly for fish chips we also use morrisons in the Hyde Edgeware road and find the food very very good if you find something wrong complain i have found they ate very helpful
