Ponsbourne Domes - Hertford

We recieved a warm welcome and was accomadated with a pod straight away. The waiters were very efficient with their service, always asking if we need anything and gave us time we needed. Thank you very much for a lovley evening !

Where do i start.... lighting heating kept cutting out in the dome, so sat in the dark for a majority of the night. they also told us one of the meals was the VEGAN soy dish, but when they went to eat it, it was actually chicken! so this member of our party never had anything to eat as the kitchen was too busy to cook anything else. we paid £200 for 4 of us for a 3 course meal each only ended up having 2 meals. I would never recommend this place to anyone i certainly wouldn't recommend pre-booking paying up front! if anything i think i'm owed at least half my money back as we never received a majority of what we paid for.

Fantastic service food and setting my partner was lost for words

If you can remember that it is a hotel above restaurant, then service is pretty ok. The domes were not as bad as I had read about. The food comes spicy but you can ask for mild instead. Service can be slow but it’s is a big establishment. Beautiful place and nice food

I was really pleased with the service we received at the ponsbourne domes. Such lovely food and nice staff. We went for Valentine’s Day and had bought the 3 course meal with Prosecco in advanced. Food was tasty and I loved dessert! The cocktails were very nice but quite expensive for what you got. Overall I enjoyed myself and would come back again for another special occasion, but would try the pods next time.
