What If Of Hershey

Wonderful food and service. Full menu of meats and pastas and seafood.

I ordered a filet mignon with crab meat and sauce and asked for medium . The steak was served well-done . They did offer me a new filet, however, I did not want my husband to finish his meal before I got a new steak. While I didn 't request it, I felt they could have offered some form of a discount. I understand mistakes can be made, however, there were such good reviews and the meal was quite pricey, I felt that such mistakes should not be made at this type of establishment.

We enjoyed our dinner and will return with friends!

I had eaten at What If in Harrisburg years ago and always remembered how delicious the Salmon was. It became the standard to which all future Salmon I ate was compared to. None ever quite reached that standard. On Wednesday, at What If Hershey, I had the blackened Salmon with Strawberries and it was just as delicious, if not more so, than that Salmon I had years ago!!!! I can't stop thinking about it!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent from start to finish. From salads to desert, everything was delicious.
