Cocoa Beanery At Hershey Lodge

The food and service were outstanding! Our server was incredibly friendly, prompt, and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. We tried the Buffalo flatbread, a burger, and the kids' pasta with marinara and meatballs, and all of it was fantastic! We will definitely be returning!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Although we had to wait quite a while for our server to greet us, leading to low expectations, the steak braised short ribs and the shrimp small plate exceeded those expectations. The kids' meals were also quite sizable. I found the white cosmopolitan a bit too sweet for my taste, but the wine list was perfectly satisfactory.

The food was undercooked, including the kid's cheeseburger. The service was slow, even though the restaurant was empty. Overall, it felt more like a stopgap than a dining experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50.

It's not extraordinary, but it's a dependable option. The kitchen could improve on the side dishes for their entrees and reduce the salt levels a bit. That said, there were plenty of good food options available. The service was a bit inconsistent, though mostly positive. The ambiance was cozy and inviting.
