Dunkin' - Hershey

Every native who respects himself will stop here. I personally hadn't done eating or drinking wrong here, but after I was complained several times when I waited for my order, I can't go here several times. the people are constantly coming from the drive-thru to complain. I saw how a woman was told that they had no chocolate donuts, so that they then pointed to the two trades of them and told them they had them. the owners have decided to work here and it is terrible. they are rude to people and they don't know what they do. They are always confused who ordered what and what they even ordered (uh, read the ticket? the müll can (there is only one that is not enough for this place) is always overrun. in two places there was a baptism (no exaggeration) müll on the floor, as the dose was flooded. they have an outer seat area on which they can't put a waste so that they can throw their müll on the floor. the only reason this place will remain in business is because it is in a tourist city.

I have visited multiple Dunkin' Donuts locations and have never encountered a glazed cream donut that is fresh for the day. It appears that they are more like a shop that sells donuts.

This restaurant has a technical issue that resulted in my credit card being charged twice for the same transaction. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, nobody was willing to take responsibility. They even provided me with the wrong number for the district manager. This lack of professionalism is concerning, especially considering they are making a profit from these double charges.

I tried to get a coffee and a donut but was met by a jumbled mess of that movable aisle tape and told by the two less than wonderful people who would have taken my order in the past….You can use the touchscreen that is covered in fingerprints and powdered stuff from the booger pickers of the unknown number of customers before me. We just stand here to tell you to add your finger grease to the screen.No thanks if you can’t keep a screen clean to take my cash why would you keep the back any better.Flying j’s has better coffee and donuts.

Frosting on the donuts was melted as soon as they gave them to us. The little girl at the drive thru was rude and was too busy texting on her phone until she saw us pull up to the window and put it in her back pocket right away ? If you're going to mess around on the clock... At least don't do it in front of customers ?? I'm a retail manager and I have to yell at my employees for doing it and ignoring customers.
