Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hershey

I don't often come to Chipotle because they're not in my area. Love the food. But I picked orders a few times a year at different locations and they are always wrong or missing items. I see everything before I go. This special order was missing the chips for the Guac, so at least it wasn't a whole meal or expensive add-on. The staff was kind to fix it here.

I'm not going to this place anymore. It's a joke. Management can't go. Their prices were increased again. My orders did not make it to the app pick-up in time (usually time orders for dinner). I came out one night to find a car packed in seran packaging!!! Take a few miles on the road to Hummelstown for better quality and service.

Many employees during lunch, shame almost all Chipotle locations get bad reviews. They focus on serving/preparing food vs. Cleaning the tables or emptying the garbage cans. Guess it's our current job shortage. This is better than most, although same problems.
