Jersey Mike's Subs - Herriman

The new Herriman location is fantastic?they?re doing a great job! The store was busy when we visited, but they were hustling, and still super friendly. I loved seeing everything so fresh and our sandwiches were built to perfection. If you?re a newb, you can?t go wrong with the #9, Mike?s Way! Add pickles if you like them?theirs are so good. Keep up the good work!

I love the food. The sandwiches are amazing and I give the food 5 stars. The service at this location is awful. My online order is never ready on time(usually 15 -20 min after the app said it should be ready), the staff stand around like the are lost when there are many customers in line waiting for online and in store orders. The owner needs to send his/her staff to another location to properly train for a busy location. I know this is a new location but they should havetheir act together by now. The wait is far to long.

I was super pumped to go grab a sandwich after working out. Ordered buffalo chicken. Heads up- you need to tell them exactly what you?d like on it. They don?t ask, they don?t make it in front of you. Chicken is not real chicken. While making, the blonde long haired girl fixed her hair with gloves on, went back to making a sandwich. No change of gloves. Also while waiting, they are loudly complaining that ?buffalo chicken is the worst sandwich to make.? All 3 of themcomplaining. Gentleman with dark wavy hair and lady with pink hair. I get home and it?s not edible, I cannot take anything off of the soggy sandwich. I go back in. They blame me for not telling them exactly what I want. This is my firstvisit to this store. How would I know? Another lady in line says ?oh, you don?t make it in front of me? Then I don?t want X and X? Someone else walks in with an order pick up. Zero accountability and says, ?you?re early, it?ll be outsoon? You desperately need customer service skills if you wish to keep your location open.

My experience was top notch at this fine sandwich establishment. Me (being somewhat of a sandwich connoisseur) was delighted when Ruger helped me craft a beautiful masterpiece of a sandwich that was both delicious and affordable. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone that is looking for great customer service and a fresh sandwich!!! Gonna start eating here a whole lot more frequently!! Great job staff keep up the phenomenal work

Boy oh boy where do I even start. Through and through my Jersey mikes experience was nothing short of greatness. I have been to tens if not hundreds of sandwich shops and this particular store was the most elite level of customer service and craftsmanship that I have ever seen. Hats off to Ruger for making my dinner experience far above that of other chains that I?ve been to. The ingredients were fresh and the meat was sliced right in front of my own eyes. It gives piece ofmind knowing that everything is custom made to my liking with ingredients that I can trust. Would give 1000 stars if I could.
