Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered a sandwich for lunch, after waiting a whole hour and still no sandwich I decided to call the store. Someone picked up the phone and slammed it down. I thought it was a joke but I called back and they did the very same thing. I was gonna head over to that store to give them a little piece of my mind but the delivery guy ended up finally bringing the food. I wont be ordering from that location anymore.
Seems like they don’t wash the lettuce for the lettuce wraps. Pretty gross.
Very disappointed with my last order from this establishment. Even with detailed instructions on where to park and what building to go to, after two hours my order went to the wrong building and ended up never arriving. I have requested a refund of my order, will update if/when that happens.
I 've never received a correct order from this location. Tonight was my last night trying to get them to use two brain cells. Tonight they actually did get the order correct BUT they gave me food that was past the Use By date.
Just had an AWFUL experience here with Harry, a sandwich maker and manager .We came in about 4:50 and someone was ordering at the counter, and another couple ordered after me at about 5pm. Once we ordered, the cashier, Yesenia, mumbled something and I said should I put my card in? She didn 't say anything and stared off into space. I put my card in, waited about a minute and asked should I take it out and try again? The cashier continued to look off into space without saying anything while I was becoming increasingly confused. I waited a little bit longer and repeated my question a little bit louder; she inexplicably continued to stare off into space. The sandwich maker, Harry, finally came over and said our internet is slow, it takes a minute , and it finally began to process. After ordering two unwiches , we received the supposed lettuce wrapped sandwiches only to find out that both had been made with bread. Not a problem, I figured that I 'd just politely bring it to the staff 's attention and request that they make us unwiches, just as we had orderedTo my dismay, when I asked for our order to be corrected, Harry rudely snapped at me You know, we close at 5! I was so surprised at his unmerited rudeness that I looked at my watch and saw that it was about a minute past five. Keep in mind that another couple had ordered after us with no issue (at what I assume was around 4:59 pm . At any rate, there 's 1. no excuse to talk to a polite customer like that and 2. there 's no excuse to not let customers know that you 're about to close at an unusual time (5pm Saturday , take their order, and then refuse to re make their order that YOU messed up five ish minutes later, and 3. Take other orders after that when you 're about to close and then act like it 's the customer 's fault when you screw up the order and have to remake it one minute after 5pm. Harry clearly did NOT want to remake our sandwiches, so I said you know what, just process a refund for me . At that point Harry began saying to me in an EXTREMELY condescending that you ordered a little John sandwich, we DON 'T do those as unwiches! , I said Why didn 't your cashier tell me that when I ordered it then? , to which he replied She 's just a trainee! . At any rate, both sandwiches were made with bread, including the regular sized sandwich which was incorrectly made with bread as well. The cashier, who I don 't blame because we all make mistakes had clearly put in our orders incorrectly and Harry was running cover for her. I got the feeling that he had some kind of romantic interest in her, and thought he was going to impress her with the utter nonsense he was giving me.Harry then claimed he was the manager and reiterated that I should have known that small, Little John sandwiches can 't be made with lettuce, to which I again pointed out that his employee should have told me that, because it doesn 't say that on the menu, and you didn 't tell us that when we ordered our sandwiches as unwiches , to which he again aggressively reiterated she 's just a trainee! I said Well, isn 't it your job to train her and fix her mistakes and not mine? And how should I know what I can and can 't order? Isn 't it your job to tell me that you can 't make that when I order? He just mumbled something about her being a trainee again, and sensing that I was getting nowhere while Harry seemed to have an interest in making his coworker feel as if she had done nothing wrong and that it was all the customer 's fault for not ordering correctly, I gave up, waited for him to finish processing the refund, and left. We were in a rush and left without eating, having missed a chance for our late lunch before an event on a busy day thanks to spending 20 min here waiting to NOT get foodI 've never had issues of any kind at the Leesburg location, but
