Domino's Pizza - Hermitage

Unfortunately, each time I called, I was hung up on, including when I was speaking with the manager. While I didn’t mind missing my order, I was frustrated by having six pending charges on my card due to these technical problems. It was confusing to be told that my order was confirmed, only to find out later that it hadn’t gone through. The experience could have been enjoyable with better customer service, but being hung up on multiple times while seeking assistance was very disappointing. I will continue to order pizza from this place, but I was really let down by how I was treated.

I then called the restaurant and was offered either a refund or a remade pizza. I opted for the remake, and they promised delivery within 10-15 minutes. However, the same driver returned with a lukewarm pizza, which clearly wasn't a fresh remake. To make matters worse, there was no receipt in the box. I ended up having to drive to the restaurant, where the manager even questioned whether this was a delivery order! In the end, I did receive a refund, but I decided to order from a local pizza place instead, and they got it right, delivering it hot. I won’t be coming back here again.

I hadn't had Domino's in over a year, but since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to give it another shot. I'm glad I did! Everything was hot and very fresh. I ordered the cheesy marinara pizza along with the Parmesan bread twists and really enjoyed it. I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the pizzas by phone from a call center with a lot of background noise. The call taker was polite and spoke English. The call taker did not put the 20% discount on the order that is currently being offered. At the store, it was cleanand I saw an employee clean between pizzas coming out of the oven. There is a driver there, a big guy, that should be inmanagement. Polite, and he gives a great effort taking care of the customer, smiling the whole time. Good job Dominos!

Ordered a cheese pizza for my neice?I get home and she says uncle that was a weird pizza! No sauce?!? I called and started being sworn at and hung up on..upper management is no help. Good luck but I?d stay clear from this company and the local managementaround this location
