Excellent food experience. Welcomed from going to the door and the employee who showed us around the restaurant and talked about preparing the diffrent types of aging meat cuts. Makkaroni and cheese is a must! Meal time was excellent and delicious. Server was very friendly and helpful. Very recommended!

Excellent. Loved the steam punk decoration. Our waiter was great. He took the time to explain the dry and wet aging process and went to us, although his favorites on the menu. We loved the Speck maple milkshake. We also had the meat appriacation platter and a Skud jou brisket burger would highly recommend!

The best beef fillet and the sides were amazing. The carrot has roasted, fried, fed in. A very good thought through the side. The white chocolate tonka bean cheese cake should be their signature desert. It was especially and amazingly good. Kaylin offers excellent service.

If you are in meat, this is the place for you! Excellent display and knowledge on all meat cuts with a wide selection to choose from. Unique “comfort food” style menu when steak is not your only, there are other options to choose from which are equally good, but really, it is the meat you go! Service was great, and the atmosphere was excellent. Thanks for a great experience!

Absolutely the best burgers I have had anywhere in the world … Besides the burgers … loaded Brisket Mac Cheese fries … there are no words We were treated like royalty by our amazing waitron Andiswe.. she was an absolute gem. I have been dying to try Chard’ since I first saw it open and let me tell you … I was blown away by every aspect of our whole experience. Being an avid foodie who eats out a lot I can honestly say this is my favorite spot and I will ensure I come down from Melkbosstrand to visit as often as possible. Love the passion and flavour explosions … more than satisfied … you cannot be disappointed Best burger there is .. Fondue Burger Thankful I could experience this amazing evening and leaving with the best memories … Will be back … for sure
