Great caffe when we visited september. general serving, decent service and a very comfortable table experience. all well and from the incredible look out recommended.

The cream tea for one was wonderful. The scones were extremely fresh and crumbled in my mouth. The chicken spinach sandwich was also delicious. We were simply looking for a place to have breakfast on our way home from a weekend trip, and we definitely made the right choice!

This charming café and restaurant offers stunning views and welcoming service. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is always pleasant, with a clientele of genuine people and regular visitors. The food and drinks are top-notch and reasonably priced. Even the resident dog is friendly and attentive. I don't understand some of the negative comments, as they likely reflect more on the reviewer's attitude than their actual experience. These reviews are probably written by people you wouldn't want to sit next to anyway!

Took my elderly mum for afternoon tea and was very disappointed. Poor value for money. (I’ve had better cheaper ones) two lots of cheese sandwiches in the selection (not finger sandwiches as advertised) the scone came with its cream and jam still in the packaging. The cakes were a complete disappointment, to me, tasted no better than a cash and carry selection. The staff were friendly but I’m afraid we won’t be going back.

Excellent coffee, lovely setting, good service. The cake looked a lot better than it tasted. The lemon drizzle cake really wasn’t lemon drizzle cake. The sandwiches and presentation thereof were really good. Good job we had a long hike beforehand.
