I would like to express my gratitude to Toni for assisting me with my membership inquiry. She was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Toni stayed on the phone with me while booking my classes to ensure that everything was working smoothly. Thank you, Toni.

The gym facilities were excellent, but after two unexpected price increases, I could no longer afford to continue my membership. When I tried to cancel at the counter, I was told I would have to pay for an additional 30 days and an extra week before my payments would stop. I left my direct debit open for an extra 8 days of membership, but then Halo took a full month's payment without my consent. After multiple frustrating phone calls over three days, I finally got my money back. The customer service was unhelpful and difficult to reach, so I will not be returning to this gym in the future. Potential patrons should be aware of the challenges they may face when trying to cancel their memberships.

My family frequents the Halo Swimming Pool often. The staff is consistently friendly, and today they went out of their way to assist us.

Myself and partner took his daughter swimming for a birthday treat we had to go in the one pool with the slide in as others were for lessons which was fine then when we got in the pool it was so cold in the water to the point we left early. The changing rooms were so dirty the floors the toilets it was discusting to be honest. Dirty plasters in cubicals that had fallen off people's feet. The showers after were far to hot nearly burning we couldn't stand under it for long so went to a family room and used the shower on there as i can control the temperature of it.

Great place to meet people and enjoy leisure time swimming and spar Lovely coffee and food Staff are really helpful nothing is to much trouble The spar is very well equipped with sauna steam room and hot tube
