Sonic Drive-in - Hereford

Badly visit a sonic at all. I could not understand two different commands. could not change properly again. can't understand. I paid with 20 and instead of getting a 10

Slow service. Girl on the speaker obviously could not do her job. Then after a long wait. They brought out the food and everything was wrong except for the drinks. After two more time they finally got it all straight.

This place is straight trash need a real manager to step up and do there job. Can’t believe y’all can’t even get a order right waste of time and money. If you want to get something to eat and drink and want it right you better off going to Allsups

So… literally everytime you come to this location it’s a menagerie of chaos. When I first moved to the area my husband and I came had to wait for our drinks which were in the drive thru window so the manager and an employee could have a slap fest. I reached through the open drive thru window and got my own drinks and they never noticed. Another time I ordered my families burgers on the app and they REFUSED to bring my order out until I paid and when I showed them my bank account the car hop literally said “fake news” and when I asked to speak to the manager all the high school workers were mocking me and cat calling. I called corporate and never got a refund. Tonight I ordered on the app. When I drove up there was a DOG INSIDE the store barking the car in front of my was just sitting in the drive thru and the the workers were have the best time with the occupants. After 10 minutes of sitting in the drive thru, I drove to a stall checked in and sat there another 10 minutes. I checked in again all while watching the car hop take selfies on her phone in my rear view mirror. She answers and I told her I needed my drinks she said… uh… you have to order first. All of this while there were about 5 6 employees joking around in the kitchen. Lithe problem is not good help at this store it’s Good management.

We ordered 4 soda’s and paid at a stall, 20 minutes later we still didn’t receive them. We tried pushing the call button again and still got no reply. I tried calling on the phone 3 times and no one answered. Finally went through the drive through and they seemed to have no idea what order we were talking about. Finally after about 30 minutes total, we left with our 4 drinks and then after all that, the drinks taste absolutely horrible!! No carbonation in them at all! I definitely will not be stopping at this Sonic location again.
