Excellent! the whole thing you come from and how they make you great and show you the way to your table, to main course and gloomie was a great experience. I had a passion fruit margarita and it was fresh! the steak was so tasty! would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic or birthday or just a great evening with family and/or friends. just delicious!

Beautiful small restaurant with beautiful aesthetics. a few food options for vegetarians such as rice bean plantains, pasta and salat.

I, when I was twice in the restaurant el novillo alegre in escazu, the first time I saw the rockensteak U.S angus prime, the rockensteak was ok, the steak was not the best as the staff at the time when I saw my ordering, the second time, I visited el novillo alegre, I ordered the ribeye steak for 43 the lower line their flesh are mash and badly cooked.

Service was great and I really enjoyed the grilled portabello mushrooms. Also enjoyed the wine. They have a good selection of reds, if you really like red wine.

Fantastic steak, perfectly prepared. Very kind service and comfortable ambience. We knew it would be pricey because we looked at the menu before we walked in. So no surprise there. Cocktails were delicious as well. Wonderful experience!
