Worst hotel I’ve been to. No hot water in the showers, rude staff, no Spa facilities as advertised

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and equipped with many amenities. Its location is also very convenient. However, I deducted a star due to the disappointing breakfast served at this hotel. There is no buffet, likely due to COVID-19 restrictions, but the menu options are limited and of poor quality. The coffee served from the machine is Nescafé, subpar instant coffee, and the barista-made coffee (Lavazza) comes at an additional cost.

I recommend this hotel to stay. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel with approx. 10 parking spaces. The room was spacious, neat and clean, the bathroom was clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. A buffet was prepared for breakfast, which was quite rich. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view
