269 Fast Vegan Food - Heraklion

Home made vegan food that was freshly prepared and delicious. We had the pistachio ice cream for dessert and it was also very good. It is just a small place with only a few tables to sit down on the street. They sell two sizes of portions: normal and giant. We ordered normal and found it already a large portion. So, only order giant if you are really very hungry.

Simply the best Gyros ever!! All vegan all delicious!! Definitely worth a visit our favourite eatery whilst on holiday in Crete. The owner George and his wife are such lovely people and hard working. There food is the best vegan fast food I’ve had. My wife and I and all my kids ranging from 6 to 25 all loved the food. Over the 2 weeks we tried most of it and weren’t disappointed. The vegan pork gyro was my favourite my kids loved the vegan burger. The milkshakes were unreal as well. We also had a waffle that was excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough honestly a great little find. Unfortunately not a lot of seating outside but that’s the only down side!

Wow, wow, wow. Everything about the food surpassed my expectations! I tried the Pita Gyros Pork, Mince Tortilla with caramelized onions, and milkshake (with vanilla, vanilla with chocolate, and pistachio ice cream scoops). Everything was phenomenal! The portion sizes were so large that I had to take some food to-go.

I liked everything.. food is perfect and for everyone! Also desserts and classic greek food but vegan! Staff is so friendly and kind! Updated from previous review on 2024-06-11

What could be better than eating traditional Greek food, but vegan? I was eating there for 3 days in a row and tried different dishes. Everything was delicious! The owners is a very nice person, committed to introducing plant based greek food to the locals too.
