The Daylesford Hotel - HEPBURN SPRINGS

Eating was okay, but rather overpriced for what it was and there was a strange waiting coming out between the meals; they didn't all come together. service was friendly, but then order them and pay all of themselves via qr code, so personal contact. was somehow limited. Maybe it's only Daylesford prizes, but I couldn't recommend this experience to these trips.

Excellent pub food, great atmosphere and great staff. tell no one! the roo- and weeping is a bargain. that could easily load more! but don't tell them. eating is excellent if they like kangarous.

Our small business party was wonderfully organized by rose and her team at the daylesford hotel. the back bar was an ideal intimate space for the assembly. the open fire added to the ambiente. the drinks were all reasonable prices and were regularly made by the...staff the charcuterie was absolutely delicious and a very generous amount. communication was also very good throughout the time. overall a very satisfying and pleasant experience.

We’ve had a holiday home in Daylesford for 25 years. Sadly won’t eat at either pub in town anymore. Chronically over priced for pub food. Rather spend the money on a restaurant. $30 for a Para, Fish and Chips or a processed burger. No thanks!

We came to Daylesford for a baby moon getaway and attended The Daylesford Hotel for dinner. It is safe to say our food was absolutely amazing! Fantastic service with very friendly staff, pretty large serving sizes, delicious and very reasonably priced for what you get....We were both left full and extremely satisfied. I cannot recommend this place enough, there is nothing to fault! It is a must to attend here, when in Daylesford.
