Dunkin' - Henrietta

I visited this restaurant last night and had a wonderful experience. The staff who were closing were very friendly and kind, and they made my coffee drink perfectly.

I ordered hashbrowns from the drive-thru and discovered they were cold once I was already on the road. It's disappointing that the employees didn't notice when they placed the small hash brown bags inside the larger bag. The hashbrowns weren't even slightly warm.

The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic, but the new cup lids are not secure and leak when you drink. Please consider bringing back the old lids that fit properly.

My husband and I visit this location regularly; and only one time has our order failed to meet expectations, and not enough to deter us from visiting again. This is our most frequented Dunkin', and our go-to in the area.

Great coffee and they never screw up my order. My must stop when I'm in Rochester
