I made my first and last trip to Ukrop's for fried chicken. First, let me say that I've always liked Ukrop's and, when I lived here years ago and Ukrop's still had stores, Ukrop's was where I did most of my grocery shopping. Last night, I stoped at the market to get dinner. I got a two-piece meal. The wing was fine. But the chicken breast was so overcooked and tough it was hardly edible. It even looked overcooked (burnt) and I'm surprised someone didn't think that it would be better to toss it than to serve it. The food wasn't great, but the service was. Nice folks.
