Loved all the items, specially the dahi puri and kabab. Some of the best Indian food I have tasted in Richmond. The owner, Purvish Bhai was very friendly and accommodating towards my toddler. I ordered food at 12:15 pm to deliver to my address, and we waited almost 2 hours and suddenly we got a text from Egg Mania that your order has been cancelled. We called Egg Mania, and someone picked up the phone and said oh we gave your food to another DoorDash driver. Then I said sir why are you lying? On my end, no driver was changed and the text message I got was from Egg Mania. Then he immediately said okay sorry. After 1 minutes the manager called and instead to tell us the truth, he also started lying about the order cancellation. At the end he said, well I can make another order for you, can you come and pick it up? That’s how you do business? If I was in your place I would have said, Ok we do apologize, but I can make another order and deliver it right now and I will refund you as well because you have been waiting for long time. That’s how you should handle your customers sir.

My husband and I went here last Saturday and let me just say WOW! We were both incredibly pleasantly surprised with how delicious everything was and how amazing the staff is. We do plan on returning in the future. If you don't know what to order, I highly recommend ordering the Paneer Volcano with a mango lassi. You'll walk away full, happy, and satisfied!
