Cicis - Henrico

The staff at the restaurant kindly made a zesty veggie pizza for us, even though it was not yet available on the bar. However, I was disappointed to find that there were no delicious tomatoes on it as I had expected. Initially, I was told that they no longer included tomatoes on the pizzas. When the manager overheard our conversation, they offered to make a pizza with tomatoes for us. Shortly after, an employee brought three slices with grape tomatoes from the salad bar stock added on top. While I appreciated the effort, I missed the tasty canned tomatoes they used to use. Despite this, overall, our experience at the restaurant was not bad. We were looking forward to dining there as we no longer have a Cici's location near our home. The zesty veggie pizza is our favorite and the manager and staff were very nice. I was just a little disappointed with the changes to the toppings.

I used to visit this chain in northern New Jersey (all locations closed) and traveled down to Richmond by train just to have dinner here. The meal was excellent.

I had to clean my own table before being seated at this restaurant. The cashier was unfriendly. The food was low quality and lacking in variety. The Italian dressing had a strange consistency.

The meanest customer service personnel at the register, and he thinks the people around him are not intelligent enough to work with him he acts so goofy and weird, too smart for Cici's .......
