Chicago's Pizza With A Twist - Henrico

The place looks very neglected and the service was dismal. They have a soda fountain machine that looks like it's been out of order for months. They have several broken TVs and an out of order urinal that also looks like it's been broken for a while. While they seem to have a full bar, it seems that the staff wouldn't know what to do with it; the bar also looks devastatingly plain. There's no ambiance.The server/cashier placed the pizza on my table as I grabbed a drink from the very limited choices from one of the fridge displays. I saw the server sit at the far booth with another staff member and never saw her until I was ready to leave. I had to walk over and ask for a to-go box.I ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza Twist and it looked and tasted ok; it had a distinct taste; the vegetables looked and tasted fresh.Although the pizza was okay, I would never return to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. The lack of service and ambience does not merit a second visit. I was very disappointed as the pizza twist concept could have potential in the right hands.

I was glad the pizza was better than the service, my goodness! Walked in and you would have thought a ghost walked in. The lady at the bar taking phone orders ran off to the back. I was there 8 to 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged or asked if was picking up an order. Old place that could use some upgrades, cleaning and better bar choices. I couldn't even get a drink while waiting. Pizza is. Ot the Chicago style your thinking bit it was okay. I won't be going back. I like good food and good customer service

I came in town to spend some time with family. My cousin wanted to go here for vegan options. The place was empty except for 1 couple. One of the table tops were broken but it still was on the floor. The lady that took our orders was extremely rude, very short and talked to us with an attitude.She seemed racist as well because she was extremely nice and helpful to the Indian customers who came in after us! For us to dine in, we had to make our order online because the online prices were way cheaper than in person!! This was strange to me to say the least! Also, it took them an hour just to make us 2 small pizzas and some wings. I had to leave and go get snacks for the kids because they were taking so long!! We had to ask the lady to put on gloves when she was helping to prepare the pizzas! They portions are not only small but extremely pricey. I paid $30 for a “medium pizzas” which was the size of a small pizza and some boiled garlic wings! The food was disgusting and the service was terrible! I will never recommend that restaurant to anyone! If I could give no stars then I would. Someone needs to do something about time management, customer service , price gouging and the unsanitary conditions in that establishment!!

So my husband and I had a very lovely date at this very unique pizza spot- we love Indian food but we were in the mood for pizza and BOOM this was the exact place to Blow Our Mind!! Thank you for the kind service from the owner who walked us through the menu, the flavors were so diverse and delicious and we had a great evening together sitting at one of their booths. I am vegan and was super impressed with how many pizza options I had -Thank y’all for that #VeganLifeVegetarian options: Great Vegan Options

Loved this place, took family of 10 and really enjoyed the variety of different pizzas. The garlic cheese sticks were my favorite. Owner was super cool and friendly real nice family operator. Would highly recommend to everyone.
