California Pizza Kitchen At Short Pump

This situation never makes me want to return to a California Pizza Kitchen. When someone who has come to the CPK for years, this place has placed a bad taste in my mouth for the chain as a whole. The restaurant was absolutely dirty, tables were not deleted and flies swarm. Bathrooms were additionally not kept clean. The service was slow. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the avocado rolls, victories and a California club pizza. The club came without avocado and the dough was so hard that we could hardly eat it. The server only accused us of a BLT pizza as courtesy, which I found interesting, since this is actually what they gave us. For $60 I will choose another restaurant and I suggest you do too.

We've been going to this restaurant for 15 years, I'd say it's open. This also applies to vegetarians. Chief Adan is best and we are great fan of him. This restaurant takes care of your needs, whether you have allergies or special food flavors. We go almost every week and highly recommended. Location is great...

Sit on the terrace as we speak to my children. We sat over half an hour ago and no one ever asked if we wanted to drink. Waiters and bus drivers have been through us several times, making eye contact and not saying a word. A group of employees depends on the host state and does nothing. The only reason I didn't go in to ask what happened is because my dog is with me. This restaurant is badly managed and my children and I will go home and take a frozen pizza tonight.

I came to visit this situation in Shortpump. This place had a Happy Birthday Special. We ordered 2 pizzas and a special drink that was super delicious. Conveniently located within short pump mall and tons parking. Every time my family visits this place, we eat here. We ordered pizza and steak?.

Went for dinner on a Saturday.. it was moderately crowded.. food was good but the service was disappointing.. we saw complimentary bread in other tables but our server never got it for us or asked if we want one.. we asked for an extra plate to share the pizza but she totally ignored it.. we sat in 2 person tables and they just kept entree plates on the table without taking out the appetizer plates even though the table is small.. fortunately we ordered just one appetizer so we could move our plates around to eat entrees .. Overall service was not up to the mark.. Food was excellent.. no complaints..
