The Great American Hot Dog Seafood

My son and I thought of clams that are expensive but very good. I also had a Krauthund and my son had a hamburger they were ok, but more expensive than other places. The service was good, so if you like shells strips and have a desire for them this is the place to go for them.

I have a big American dog and a chili dog with fries. I added a little over $2 for a tip and it came to $16. The hot dogs were pretty good (but not hot) and I would probably get them back, but I was quite disappointed by the fries. They were definitely super fresh and hot, but they were salted and I just got a handful of it. Considering the menu price for them is $5.29 I just expected more.

Great food and fast, friendly service. Really a jewel. Will definitely come back and eat here when I'm in town.

Served for the Lobster Roll.VERY disappointed. Had 3 small Tidbits (half of the small cotton ball size) of the lobster that tasted old. Better for $27. Hot dogs were good, though...

My husband had been looking for an opportunity to try this place for years, based on the recommendation of his friends from work. We finally were in the right place at the right time were able to give it a try. The restaurant was founded by a man from New York brought his special recipes with him for a New York experience here in WNC. The food was excellent (for a hot dog place) and the service was very friendly helpful. Restrooms were roomy clean single stalls. The only problem was that it is the dog days of Summer I don?t think the AC was on or working. We were so overheated that we left pretty quickly. Plenty of free parking fun atmosphere.
