Pulled into the parking lot. I could see inside and see a guy working there eating French fries from the frite baby. What road did you take off your workers? Jimmy John, subway, Jersey Mikes and Firehouse all within a mile. Go there instead!!!

Penn Station is my favorite place to order Philly Cheesteak Sandwiches. I was so excited when this place opened. After a 13-hour shift last night I was exhausted and thought I would order online so I could walk home and pick up something. I waited 15 minutes longer than expected, but I was not disturbed. I took my order when he was finished and went to Gallatin. Long story short, my big frit wasn't even enough for a little, my friend sandwich lacked not only the extra chicken I paid, but also lacked the 3 toppings and teriyaki sauce, and then I didn't have enough meat to fill even a hot dog bunk (I paid for extra steak) plus there were none of the toppings I asked and Mayo that I didn't even after... I was pretty upset after I spent $49 to screw up the WHOLE order. My reception said exactly how it should be done. Reading is not so hard. It's sad that people just don't care anymore.

I was pretty disappointed. A turkey Bacon Ranch salad ordered. Got home and everything it had was salad, tomatoes and turkey. $10 for that? The guy who made it looked like he had no idea what he was doing? The rest of my family eaten so that it went back? Personally, I won?

I ordered a club sub today toasted. It was wonderful. It tasted amazing. The service staff was friendly very fast. I will recommend to anyone and go back for sure!!!
