From reading the reviews I believe Lila was the one who assisted us. My husband and I went to eat and she was so friendly. But to top it off the food was delicious with big portions. Also very affordable. I had the quesabirria and he had a birria taco with consume plus the monster torta. And it was less than $30 for all of that. I loved that they added the tortilla chips with cheese for the side I wasn’t expecting that! Too bad we were visiting from out of state. Not gonna be long winded here, just go! The birria is amazing and the service is the best I've had since being in the Asheville area. This is a must stop anytime you're close by!

Just decided to go by this old food truck old school without even looking at Yelp. I do not regret it. This husband and wife team from Guadalajara and Argentina opened this food truck in 2020, their focus is on birrias which are my favorites so yay! Super friendly and greeted me with a sample of their beef and hospitality. Food: Since birrias were already my plan, it's an easy choice between birrias corn tacos, a birrias plate with beans, or a quesabirria which came regular or large. I went with the regular, which was a healthy portion see picture. It was served with pico de Gallo guacamole, and tortilla chips topped off with nacho cheese. The delicious beef consommé was served in a cup which was appreciated since I had to take it to go. Super delicious beef. Consommé was flavored nicely, and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back sooner than later.
