Dairy Queen Grill Chill

We went inside, only customers at counter, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, onion only. She said no pickle. Told her I don't know what comes on them but all I want is mayo, lettuce onion. Got it with mayo only sent it back. The second one had no bacon guess I didn't tell her BACON, mayo, lettuce onion but the employee not listening was probably the main problem, it wasn't on the ticket either. If there's a drop in sales ding, ding, that's probably it. Not sure why they use a microwave on the cheeseburgers. Burger patties are thin like Culver's Steak Shake and cold. I can remember when they were thicker guess the price goes up and the weight goes down? The whole staff is high school age, not friendly at all, NO customer service skills at all. Guess they're in a hurry to get back to their phone. This location is A LOT different than when the previous owner had it. Gues that's why the 3.8 reviews score. If I owned a location like this, cell phones would be eliminated in the work area while working. There's no reason for employees to have cell phones while operating equipment and preparing orders.

The burger is your typical fast food burger. The fries are the same. The ice cream is worth the stop. I like the strawberry sundae and the blizzards.

Don’t listen to your order and are rude when they are whispering over the speaker and you can’t hear them. on their phone the whole time when giving you your order. terrible service and not worth the money. can’t even get a simple blizzard right.

Not the workers fault but pretty understaffed and always slow. Just be ready for slow service, especially in the drive-through.

Just because I think it’s funny… I ordered a milkshake and blizzard- easy enough, and was then handed the pictured item. I said, “this is a milkshake?” To which they responded, “yes.” I was too tired to fight… but not tired enough to leave a review apparently lol.
