Cook Out - Hendersonville

By driving with only one car in front of us, and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. No one made milkshakes, so when we finally got them, two of the three were wrong. Some toppings on the burgers were wrong, and some of the pages seemed short (not getting enough). That was the second time I stopped at this CookOut... The first time was about 6 months ago, and I remember that the experience is also bad. I'm not gonna stop here anymore.

The good- they were late open, for fast food it's pretty good. Not the fastest, but much better than McDonald's. They were slow and the service was moderate. The ugly, fast food. Total I gave them a 4 star based on the fact that they are fast food. So it is a 4-star quick food review not a 4-star restaurant review. Try better than McDonald's, which doesn't take much, but it's still fast food!

Burger tasted fresh from the grill and the chicken sluice was simply enough to fill me. The delicious chocolate milkshake also helped. There was a waiting time in the drive thru, but to expect that. It was nothing crazy, just waiting for the usual ride. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Always good service here. Tons of large meals for a low price. Only fast food spot open in town late at night, so the ride can do after 9:00.

My husband and I went by to get milkshakes and cheddar bits, it was fast, hot, efficient and accurate. The only thing I would say is if you order food that comes with dipping sauce, make sure to request it. Im not sure if it was a mistake on our part for not requesting it or a mistake on the cashier for not putting in it. Either way mistakes happen and will definitely be back when I am in that part of town.
