Everyone who works in there is incompetent! 45 min for a pastrami sandwich. vegas local and that's the last time I went there, really pathetic! They called 20 minutes in wait and then they separated the call.

This place gave me food poisoning and I’m willing to bet it’s from their Caesar Salad. Plus they got our order wrong. Do not eat here.

The kid that gave me my pizza is lucky he didn't wear it. Half of it is burned to the box and unedible because the guy stuck it ON TOP OF THE PIZZA OVEN and forgot about it! Literally watched them make it, toss it up there, then call five orders placed after mine. This is more like cheesy bread than pizza, since there's almost no sauce on it. This isn't rocket science folks...it's pizza...and for the same price you can go to Settebello's and get something edible. You should be embarrassed.

The food is fine. Menu is very extensive . They would get five stars if they had a speaker announcing when your order is ready … or a neon sign . No one has any idea when their number is called . The woman yells out indistinguishable sounds that no one can decipher . It would cost this very profitable casino/hotel 20 dollars for a bullhorn .

Very upset from this place this place is going down everyday I've been coming here since they open but the past 3 times service is bad and food is not good like before I think they hired this young kids in the back that they don't care about anything have no personality at all I waited for an hour for my Pizza and went to pick it up it was made iwrong and that young white guy was so rude and unprofessional he didn't even apologize I don't even know why they hired people like him to work that he hate his job he doesn't seems like wants to be there I gave 3 times try and all 3 times was rude and bad now I go to south point the people there are much nicer and more professional do urself a favor and stay away from that place
