Przekaż informację zwrotnąUmai means delicious in Japanese. This Korean owned Japanese style Ramen noodle shop lives up to the name, I would say. Great job in simplicity! Then why only 4 stars? Only because I'm Japanese and know even better ones... but it's very close! (sorry guys, just being honest ????
1st time here and it was delicious. I going to give it a second try to make a final destination for all my Ramen needs. The Curry over noodles was not my jam so next time it will go over rice. Prices were about right. 3 stars for now as average but next time I will give my final review rating.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed by the tempura batter, mini tacos, and the ramen noodles, which had a nice chewiness compared to what you typically find elsewhere. However, I found the shoyu to be extremely salty, and the tonkatsu was underseasoned and rather bland, although it was quite oily (I've attached a reference photo). I believe that if the tonkatsu and shoyu had been mixed into a broth, it would have been delicious. My family, however, insists that this is the best ramen in Las Vegas. I plan to return and give it another try, as they mentioned it might have been an "off" day.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and I'm really glad we did! The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. I would give it a perfect 10/10! Highly recommend!
I've been visiting this restaurant for a year and it has become my favorite ramen spot. They've even introduced me to spicy shoyu ramen, and now I can't resist ordering it. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent—what's not to love? Food: 5/5.
