Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Henderson

Went here for dinner. We ordered 2 smoothies, a shrimp salad and sandwich. Smoothies tasted very watered down, too much ice. Not much flavor at all. The shrimp in the salad tasted like it was from a shrimp cocktail and the presentation looked as if it was from an airplane.Customer service was lacking as well. We were the only ones in there and when out food was ready, they set it on the counter and said here 's your food. I didn 't expect to be waited on hand and foot but that was a little poor judgement.

We were greeted with a big smile. The lobby area was clean, restroom was clean, and their work area looked clean and organized. We got our smoothies out timely.

Paid $30 for two wraps and two smoothies, which wouldn 't have been bad if the quality had been good. I ordered a breakfast wrap and added extra bacon and spinach. There was not extra bacon and I there was barely any spinach, and 50% of the wrap was just shredded cold cheese. My smoothie was also disappointing. My husband said his food was just okay and he would never order again. Just overall disappointing, I honestly would have rather gotten food at some other chain fast food place and gotten better food and drinks, and spent less.

Rude discouraged age and Vet discriminative WOKE staff. Disgusting lairs. Tropical smoothie usually honors military. First time I've ever had an experience at tropical smoothie like that. Don't know who the franchise owner is but they should really take a second look at their staffing.

Great place to go out to eat especially after a work out!
