Smashburger - Henderson

Here Monday March 25th at 9:15pm and they said they 're only open to go because it was very obvious they started cleaning up and getting ready to close early. If you 're open until 10pm you 're open until then. Period.

New cook? The first oil of smash tots were very over done and they were served. Second set...The smash tots were way too oily! I moved my tots to the other side of my tray to see a pool of oil. I moved by tots again to a napkin and had another smaller pool of oil! I placed 4 napkins on the first oily side and my napkins were full of oil! I finally blotted each tot to get it so that I could not have too much oil. Another customer had the smash fries...he had to get some napkins to get the extra oil off of his. Usually the tots and fries are very good.
