Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The staff is friendly and attentive. The drive-thru is usually bustling with a long line of cars, but I recommend dining in so you can enjoy your fries while they’re hot. Overall, this place offers great chicken fingers, a nice atmosphere, and friendly service. I highly recommend it!

Wow. The chicken portions have significantly decreased. This has been one of our favorite spots for a weekly lunch, but we hadn’t visited in a few weeks and decided to grab takeout today. The four chicken fingers I received in my box combo had less chicken than I would usually expect from just two fingers. Two of them were practically the size of my own fingers. I’m not sure how someone could put those in my box and think it was acceptable. My wife mentioned she had heard that the portions were getting smaller, and this definitely confirms it. We both agreed that Cane's will no longer be on our list of go-to places. It’s really unfortunate. I rated it two stars because the quality was still good.

I feel like I?m missing the hype somehow?. This was my first time trying Raising Cane?s and I was a bit disappointed. The positives are the restaurant was very clean and safe and had nice clean restrooms as well. Service wasn?t good the folks taking orders seemed very frustrated and upset. It took an oddly long amount of time to get food while I watched multiple parties return to the counter with something wrong with their orders. Once I got my food I was excited to dig in, but it was just OK. Toast was soggy, fries were barely seasoned and chicken tenders were totally flavorless until you dipped them in the sauce (which was good). I can?t see myself running to return.
