Jack In The Box - Henderson

My recent experience at another restaurant was terrible (again)! The attitude of the staff was very unhelpful and short. Our food was cold and seemed disorganized. When I tried to give feedback, they closed the window on me. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and the food quality is subpar. We expect our food to be hot and served promptly. If mistakes happen, they should be addressed promptly and with warmth towards the customer. Instead, we received a half-hearted apology as our food was shoved through a closed window, causing it to fall and break. Unbelievable! Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer.

The service at this restaurant was lacking in efficiency and empathy. As someone who has worked in hospitality for some time, I understand that the job may not always be easy. However, it is important for employees and management to work together as a team and treat every customer with respect. My family often relies on fast food restaurants due to our busy schedule, and it would be nice to see a greater sense of teamwork and courtesy from the staff. I have encountered better service at grocery stores and believe that everyone should strive to provide equal treatment to all customers. It is important to promote diversity and equality in our society, and I have felt discriminated against during my visit to this restaurant. Let's work together to improve the overall experience for everyone involved.

Thank you, Mike! I am a fan of this Jack in the Box location and their staff. The employees are always lovely, polite, and professional, even when they are understaffed. During my recent visit, Mike mentioned he works there six days a week and is always friendly and in good spirits. I typically visit four days a week and have never had any issues with the food or service. Their new menu item is fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's jack in the box, everyone knows that eating here is good. who likes jack but not in the box? there is really nothing more to say because we all know that this is an obvious five stars.

Was in Vegas to drop somebody off at the airport Google said they were 24 hours unfortunately they didn't open for an extra half an hour but the staff was kind courteous and willing to help me out since I am from out of town 10 out of 10 great customer service
