They often have to work with a limited team, with only three cooks scheduled at a time. Managing a business from another state means he can't support his employees or monitor how things are running. It's no surprise that it's hard to retain quality staff when there's a lack of care for the people who contribute to the success of the business. Three cooks simply aren't sufficient to operate a restaurant effectively.

This restaurant has garnered a lot of fame, attracting visitors from the surrounding cities who often make special trips of 44 miles just to dine here. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the service is both quick and friendly. During the summer months, the bar and restaurant can get quite busy, sometimes accommodating 50 to 75 guests even on a Tuesday night.

The food is fantastic, reasonably priced, and the service is both quick and friendly. In the summer, the bar and restaurant can get quite busy, hosting around 50 to 75 patrons on Tuesday nights.
I opted for the Crazy Haus Burger, an enormous creation featuring two 9 oz beef patties, four strips of bacon, two slices of cheese, sautéed onions, and a house-made burger sauce, all sandwiched between thick slices of Texas toast (seriously, check out the pictures). This extraordinary burger cost $20, and it was worth every penny. One thing to note is that while the service was friendly, it was quite slow given the number of patrons. It wasn't just me being overlooked; the bar staff seemed to be missing in action. Although I wasn't too bothered by it, it ultimately cost them potential sales. I would have ordered another drink had the bartender been available to take my order.
This used to be one of my favorite stops during motorcycle rides, but it has really gone downhill. The service is now disappointing.
