Dairy Queen (treat) - Henderson

I went here to get a simple dipped cone (which was delicious) but I 'm mostly reviewing the great service. I came in late and ordered slightly after their hours but Rienalynn still took my order with an 'I got you! '. Funnily enough this was actually the second time she helped me when I came a week before! She 's hardworking (it looks like she was working alone) but still took care of the customers with a smile! Thank you Rienalynn!

Rienalynn is the sweetest sunshine making juices for me you! Excellent customer service great suggestions- talked me into changing up my strawberry banana old school drink that I’ve been drinking for decades to a new Tropical-Colada! Love her loves the drinky!

It's a rare occasion that actually take the time to write a comment with any business. The reason for that is I think customer service is hit an all-time low in America today. That wasn't the case tonight when I went in the dairy Queen at the galleria Mall when I was helped by two young men working the counter Jabez and Jordan. This is not one of my better days frustrating day I just wanted to get something to eat and relax for a minute it was a rough day. To make it even rougher as I placed my order I reach into my wall to get some money and there's no cash so I use my card and there's a problem with my car so I subsequently did not have enough money to order my item. Jabez reached into his own pocket and pulled out the money sufficient to place my order. No it's not just that he had the kindness to reach in his own pocket to help me out it was their professionalism and attitude. Now in my younger days when I was a successful business owner I would have just simply asked him what their salary was doubled it and stole them away from your company. It's not the case anymore so you're fortunate to still have these two young gentlemen working for you thanks for making my day I really appreciate it.

Google maps says that this location was open to 8 clock. I came at 7:25 and was told they were closed. not happy.
